**Q: Are your product descriptions accurate?**

A: For the most part, no.

**Q: How long does it take to process my order?**

A: It takes about 2-7 business days to process your order. Then you should add shipping times on top of that.

_November 30 Update_: As of now, shipping to Australia & New Zealand has been restored as they are seeing normal order fulfillment of 1-3 business days. Currently all order fulfillment is happening through Printful. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they have seen delays in production & shipping.
