Q: Are your product descriptions accurate?

A: For the most part, no.

Q: How long does it take to process my order?

A: It takes about 2-7 business days to process your order. Then you should add shipping times on top of that.

November 30 Update: As of now, shipping to Australia & New Zealand has been restored as they are seeing normal order fulfillment of 1-3 business days. Currently all order fulfillment is happening through Printful. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they have seen delays in production & shipping. Please be mindful that your order may take longer than usual to arrive and check in with Printful's Covid-19 Updates for more info.
